2. The Chicken
Chicken may be harmful to a pregnant woman’s health. Bacteria and parasites found in chicken can cause serious illness in infants. Their health might be negatively impacted by conditions like blindness, epilepsy, and handicaps.
3. Fruit Number Three: Papaya

9. Don’t use herbal tea as a remedy.
There is a lack of data on how specific herbs may affect developing babies. Unless directed to do so by your doctor, you should abstain from drinking any herbal tea, including varieties marketed toward pregnant women.
10. Food from the Street
Avoiding street food should be your first priority when pregnant. When you’re expecting, it’s best to limit your intake of certain items. Pregnant women, whose bodies are more susceptible to illness, need to watch what they consume.
Pickles, chutneys, and sauces are examples of processed and ready-to-eat foods that should be consumed in moderation. Pregnancy-threatening chemicals and additives are found in many of these products.
